So a friend of mine from college has been complaining that he has been receiving mail from school about unpaid parking tickets. He refuses to pay because he has his diploma and they cant take it from him. I decided to have fun with this and spoofed the number of the university's "public safety" and left several messages across a week. Each message was more aggressive and finally culminated with saying that "a warrant being issued" and telling him that we will hit him until he bleeds out of the ears.
When I spoke to him today he was mortified and was trying to think of a reason to tell them for why he was ignoring their correspondence.
I am trying to think of a way to end this.

They may not be able to take his diploma, but they can refuse to verify it when a prospective employer contacts them. To them it would look as though your boy doesn't have his shit together and it could cost him the job.

Spoof your local police department's number and continue from there. Maybe mail him and nice letter or two.
