If you were Harry Potter, you'd wave your wand all crazy-like at your house phone and say some mysterious sounding incantation and next thing you know, you'd have a pay phone there.

I guess I should have been more specific sorry but I was woundering if its possible to connect to a coin line.

No it's not. Coin lines are specially connected by the phone company; I'm not even sure if they run coin lines through residential areas (I don't know about where you live, but here we don't have payphones in res. areas here).
