If you're looking for the crystal, and wanted to buy a lot (or maybe one and a lot of other electronic junk), why not try a supplier like Mouser?

Or buy $25 or so in the crystals (the minimum order limit, I think) and sell them for around 50 cents each (drop 50 cents or so in a SASE and get a crystal).

Mouser only sells the crystals for parallel circuits like the ones you find in power tools.  You need a crystal for series circuits, which I've never been able to find wholesale prices for.

rbcp; I have a GE 40 CHANNEL HANDHELD CB TRANSCEIVER MODEL 3-5980A (yes it is digital as per the video) however as I open the cover and find the crystal, its a 10. something mHz crystal... will this still work??

That should work, but at that frequency you need to be careful that the replacement crystal is FORWARD biased (one pin should be longer on the one you pull out of the toaster, that's the + terminal or 'FORWARD'), and installed the right way.
