Test Numbers

Is there any way, other can randomly dialling numbers, to get test numbers for my local telco?

Srsly. Everyone loves talking about their job, especially technical workers that feel underappreciated. I'm sure someone you know has a relative or friend who works for the telco. Hook up with them.

That's actually a damn good idea...I work for a call center and just love to blab about the specifics of how our systems work (as far as I know them, I'm not in the IT department). My center (among many other things, such as taking orders for various shitty products sold on TV to the US and Canada) handles the TTY relay for the whole region, and as soon as I get my TTY phone you bet your ass I'm going to abuse the hell out of everyone there who has annoyed me in the past...
