Anyhoo, any ideas on what can be done with a cellphone tower?
Also, in places like buisnesses and office buildings, there are help phones pretty much everywhere. I've done a little bit of reading on it, and afew things like "flasing the switchhook," using your own tone dialer to dial calls, and just getting someone to hang up on you, resulting in a dialtone were mentioned. However, the article was written in 1990, so I'm not sure how reliable those methods are. Do any of these methods still work? Are there any alternatives? Another question: would just unplugging the phone->wall cord, and putting it into a phone of your own work?
