I cannot remember much from Wayne's World, but it was likely Tim Horton's. It's a staple of our culture, but it all depends on what you eat there.

No.

However, in certain ceremonies and even in certain cases, horses are used by the RCMP.

From imdb.com:

There is actually no establishment called "Stan Makita's Donuts" in or around the Chicagoland area, although many moviegoers will claim to have been there or driven past it.

The donut shop is owned by ex Chicago Blackhawk Stan Mikita, a reference to a popular chain of Canadian donut shops created by hockey legend Tim Horton. The police officer in the shop is Officer Koharski. This could be a reference to the National Hockey League referee Don Koharski who was told by New Jersey Devils coach Jim Schoenfeld to "have another donut, you fat pig" after a playoff game.

Is it true that in Canada on 4/20 you all go to government buildings and smoke up the place?

Alberta is facing a labour shortage

Well what are you doing with all the Nova Scotians you're getting? Keeping them in cages and making fun of our accent? Send them back if you don't want them.
And it goes to -40C/F here, too, you wimp.

BTWPLA: Nova Scotians are famous for collectively getting drunk every night of the week and stealing Albertans' jobs because our city boys work twice as hard as their country boys. IMAGINE OUR COUNTRY BOYS.

For one thing, that's a misquote. For another, the English language wasn't invented in the states, nor only spoken there. Do you speak Spanish?

I'm just fucking with you. Most of my relatives are Canadian. Also I wasn't suggesting that English was invented in the states.

And Minime, I speak Latin, badly.
