PLA The Book is coming along nicely and I'd like to put a bunch of thank yous in the back.  Maybe dedicate a page or two to them.  So if you want to be thanked, post in here.  Even if you're worthless, I'll thank you.  Tell me what you should be thanked for too.  Like "Thanks to Mr. Peanut for all the sensual massages he gave me in the back of his van while I wrote late into the night."  I love using Mr. Peanut for my examples.
