Yeah! I'm from the "dirty dirty" or otherwise known as South Carolina. There really isnt much more southern that this place other than Miss.

Well yeah I guess you can consider Texas the south but I think most people would label it the west??? I lived in Austin for a little while and I certainly didnt feel like I was in the south. I have no idea where you are located. But personally Texas is a world of it's own! ;D

I live in NYC and when I think "South" the first thing I think of is Texas.  Take a poll ;)  You'll see.

It seems Kentuckians' reputation for stupidity rivals the whiskey + horses; I would have to say that all of it is generally true.  In the city of Louisville itself (not the suburbs) people are less stupid.  None of the stereotypes bother me anyway since I was born in Oakland.

As a general rule most of us seem to be intelligent people despite the stigmas of our location.

I feel for ya neep.
