After doing some investigating on telcodata.us i decided to scan locally. i started with 716-791-12xx.
there was only one number i found of interest and that was 716-791-1295. upon dialing i did not even get a ring, just a loud ear piecing tone that played it self over and over about 5 sec long with a 1 sec interval between. Any ideas?
