To hell with landlines. They killed my mother.

But now that I think about it, I've never really gone without a land line. I use skype to talk with some people because it's completely free. Other than that, it's my ten year old cordless phone. I've never seen the need or had an urge to dive into another sort of communication. Mostly because I don't need it and twenty to thirty a month for a phone bill doesn't kill me.

Cellular technology is wonderful. It's just that most people who own cell phones have no right to. My beef isn't with technology - it's with the ignorant part of society that seems to think they need to be involved in the technological side of society.
