How did PLA do some of this stuff?

Hey guys, I was wondering how PLA pulled off the pizza, walmart, auto parts, and tech support pranks. I've tried looking around on google but it was to no avail. How did they intercept the calls that were headed to the other places?

It's very simple. You just need to send the right intercept commands.
