I got a copy of the service/programming manual, so while I won't post the exact instructions for changing the number the phone calls when activated, I can share the instructions for changing the location recording.
1. Call the number for the elevator phone.
2. The phone will anwser after 5 rings, and make a "diddle-diddle-diddle" sound.
3. Dial #9000000, listen for 3 beeps.
(number programming removed)
4. Press #7, record the location of the elevator at the beep, and press 0.
5. Press ##, the phone will restart.
