Police Freq

I can no longer listen to the police in my area on my scanner because they switched over to encrypted radios does anyone know how i can find and listen to these new freq thanks in advance

Are you sure that they changed frequencies? If they switched to project 25 then it is probable they are still on those frequencies.
To listen to them will cost you around 500 dollars.

Lake County and the City of Temple Terrace have put P-25 systems online this year. And both of them roll their codes weekly. Lake County keys appear to be 40 bits in length,  that means that they are probably using Motorola radios. Temple Terrace keys are 56 bit.

Someone in your area may monitor your local system and broadcast it over the tubes using TeamSpeak. If so, you can listen to it online without shelling out 500.00+ for a digital scanner.

That is correct they have switched to Motorola radios and what exactly would it take to listen
