So i have neighbors who are generally dicks. There's a lot of reasons why i would like them to suffer, but i figured i would be lazy and let you guys come up with ideas for tormenting these people.

I've already signed them up for unwanted mail, phone calls, and those little porn mags that come in the mail......
I also put an ad in Cr4igslist....

Ever hear of FreeCycle?  I always thought it'd be funny to give away somebody else's things.  You post an item that your neighbor has on their porch.  Then when they email you, tell them that you're working during the time they want to come by but you'll leave it on the porch for them.  If all goes well, the item will be stolen from your neighbor! 

And with FreeCycle you get dozens of people emailing you each time you post an item.  So you can make these arrangements with everyone who responds and I bet one of them would manage to take the item.

That's just retarded really, use your imagination. Example: Rewire their porch lights so that whenever they're turned on the door bell starts ringing. Be creative in your malevolent endeavors.

You know the funny thing about it is, it's not about how old the book is.... It's about how many of it's tricks still work. A majority of low-tech anarchy still works, the fact is that people end up moving onto bigger things, and forget their low-tech ways. I know it's sad.
