The one you're referring to on eBay is the FT-51R- A newer version of the FT-530.  The FT-51R is actually the radio you see them use in the movie  'Freedom Downtime' (Kevin Mitnick story).

Ah, funny because there was a FT-51R going for the same price...  Weird, I wonder why it didn't show up when I searched for it on ebay before?!!!!
