Delete everything there except the first 17.
Download a free trial of kaspersky, run that

First off, in normal boot mode, download

ATF-cleaner from http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
SUPERAntiSpyware from http://downloads2.superantispyware.com/downloads/SUPERAntiSpyware.exe

Install and update SUPERAntiSpyware

Go to Add/Remove programs and 'uninstall' Network Monitor and SpywareBot, if possible

Reboot into safe mode

Run ATF-cleaner, on the main tab, checkmark 'Select All' and click 'Empty Selected'

Run SUPERAntiSpyware and do a FULL scan

AFter the scan is done, press next and it will remove all the items it has found

Next, run ATF-cleaner again, on the main tab, checkmark 'Select All' and click 'Empty Selected'

Go to start, run and type in 'C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp' and press enter (replace USERNAME with your username)

Delete the contents of the folder.

Delete these two folders if they are not already removed:

C:\Program Files\Network Monitor
C:\Program Files\SpywareBot

Run HiJackThis again, checkmark the entries below and click 'Fixed Checked'

We could also mess with MSCONFIG,  Services.msc, deleting system restore entries and a few other utilities, but that take some experience.

I had a similar problem on my parents computer. I ended up just installing Black XP on it, but your step-by-step is wonderful.

Now might be the time to think about switching to linux.
Kaspersky will eliminate the spyware, adware and everything else but if you want to run and rerun lots of programs have fun. Download something to fix your registry when you're done though.
