Any business you call, or number registered with goog will show your number on CID.

damn that sux, i use skype for my anonn calls tho so its still good for me. whats ANI? Whenever i call dominoespizza.com from skype it matches your phone number with an address and i guess the # that skype gave me goes back to some place in Arizona its like a 202 number

I mostly GOOG-411 to the bridge randomly when I'm out and bored and see a payphone anyway.

people people please! if you call (877) 466-4411 from a payphone it WILL go through.... If your calling from a land line, like your house through goog then press *67 before you call the goog. I know I know, I know what your going to say, "but you can't *67 a toll free noobe!" Well guess what, this one you can. Peace.

That depends on the payphone.  It seems that some COCOT's are blocking Goog411, however M$ Live Search still isn't blocked.  If anyone would like to step in and have their "business" listed by verifying their address via postal mail and take one for the team, I'm sure many would be much obliged.

Also, a week or so ago calling GOOG411 from Canada had Goog asking what city and province, and saying a US city and state was not working.  That isn't the case right now, but it could be a sign of things to come!  Let's hope not!

Last week I was at a party and tried to dial goog from my cell phone and it asked me for my city and province (tripped me right the fuck out at the time). Payphones have never failed in Manitoba for me.

My friends house is hooked up through GOOG411 via a bad business idea.  Anyway, I was prank calling his younger brother through Skype/GOOG411 and the kid was like, "IMA *69 YOU NOOB!!1!" So I called him back later, and asked him how it was going, and he said that the number he got was a 1800 number.  So I dont think GOOG passes ANI.

It did show up as the 800 number TILL a couple days ago.

from what i've seen from skype callers using goog411 is that they will show 0000012345, Blank = 0000000000, or old faithfull 2025808200. so far,

google 411 has not been going through on some verizon payphones.

Sucks that the ANI is now going through... We have to find a new way
