Classic & Alternative Rock

I'll bet you would have never guessed by the title, but I like Classic and Alternative Rock! This includes bands such as The Who, Led Zeppelin, U2, The Flaming Lips, etc. I guess you can post here if you have a similar taste, or even if your taste is different, and some of your favorite bands.

I used to like that stuff.  But after hearing it for 30 or so years now, I can't really stand any of it.  Not even the classics.

There's a reason alternative rock doesn't age well. It's all pretty crappy. Lyrically and musically.

The Flaming Lips are not included in that statement.

I still like old prog bands like Yes and Gong and King Crimson and whatnot.
