Cell Phone ANI?

When I call 800-444-4444, i get a completely different number than the one my phone is.
It tells me the number is 902-628-7999, it used to say 902-838-something. Just wondering if anyone can explain why the 4444 number would detect this as the number i'm dailing from, while another cell phone would detect it as my cell phone number.

It does the same thing with my calling card.  Caller id shows my phone number but ANI shows the calling card company's.
