Question for the intelligent hackers
« on: June 27, 2008, 12:59:08 AM »
I'm trying to reconnect with an old friend who I haven't seen for 10 years. The problem is that their phone number is unlisted so when I look them up online I can't get their number. Do any of you intelligent hackers know how I could get my buddies unlisted numberr?

Tommy

I read this the other day at the library (an older edition without the Rosie O'Donnell cover) and I think it could help you a lot.

I've found a lot of home numbers as well as mobile numbers listed on BTs online phonebook- and some of these numbers aren't listed in the actual phonebook either! (UK only)

You might have some luck looking in past issues of phonebooks which i'm sure your local library would have.

www.zabasearch.com sometimes has unlisted info.  Do you have the friend's address?  Listen to the Gibson hacking portion of this PLA Radio.  You could also call up video stores and try and get his info from them.  Maybe the public library too.  Electric companies, water companies, cable, gas, satellite.  Anyone that has his info is another source for you.

That book also mentions harassing the next door neighbors and at the courthouse you can pay to see if they got married or died I think.

or, if you have enough info on the person, i know of a few cheaper databases that would probably yield a result
