Is it possible to have your friends call a number (like the phone company) that can be re-routed to your cell and have that number be part of "my 5?"

So that you get calls for the price of the most basic my 5 plan but unlimited with everyone?

I had my cell number linked up to grand central and then I added my grand central number to my 5. So if anyone called my grand central number it wouldn't cost me anything.
