Prison Break is in it's 4th season now.  It's a good time for it to get canceled.  Better that than to have it start sucking.  4 - 5 years is the perfect lifespan for most shows.

I love PB, but it's been around for 5 seasons now...  c'mon.  The plot has twisted and twisted and bent and curved so badly that a bun cho fugitives become good guys and people who you think will be dead stay alive, people you think are bad are good, then they are bad, then they are good, etc.  It's much too predictable now and i (once addicted to the show) am now kinda glad there are only 5 episodes left.  leave them alone, they broke out of prison (twice). for fucks sake.

Seasons 2+ should have been retitled 'Prison Broke'.

Honestly, it was a miniseries premise at best.
