The site below has 1 or 2 in the terminal programs there

I have a few more C64 old phreak tools I could put together a D64 disk image or old 64 arc files if you wanted.

i just made my first foray into 8-bit phreaking applications this week...i wrote a program with full silver, red, and blue box functions.  sure, it's probably only useful if i'm stuck back in time (and happened to have my c128, or at least the cassette with the application saved on it, with me...hehe), but i find it fun in principle.

i think i'm going to keep writing telecom-related applications for my c128...i have a 1200-baud modem that i want to start playing around with once there's a phone line going into my hackerspace.
RogueClown has been known to cause the following side effects. Smiling, <3ing, dizziness, and the desire to listen to poorly recorded phone mobs. RogueClown is an MAO inhibitor.

NO.  You need to get portable power, portable lcd screen and make that thing a phreaking tool! :D

Truth be told, I run a wardialer using DOSBox. Talks just fine with any serial-based modem I throw at it.

So the whole 8 bit underground thing ran into a little bit of a delay - called "real life" for a little while.

I stumbled onto another blog recently though on vintage computing and i decided that it was time to get things going once and for all..

So I return to the PLA forums to spread the word ...

Forums are located here: http://www.8bitunderground.com
Blog is located here: http://blog.8bitunderground.com

I will happily take submissions for the blog as long as it relates to the underground and pre mac/ibmpc computing.

I will be doing weekly submissions to the blog for sure, possibly 2 per week - and upcoming will be things such as c64/atari/apple phreaking app screenshots and app reviews.

The forum will possibly also become the new North Texas pla state page - though from the looks of the state page area here that isnt going to mean much.

Regardless, we'd love to have you join the forum if you are into old school h/p, and visit the blog regardless of what you're into as long as you have in interest in seeing what it was all about.

thanks for keeping my account here and thanks for reading this post - stay safe and stay free.
