But fuck, what's going to happen if someone gets a bad cut from the glass or something along those lines? What do you think Dex is going to get when he's caught by the Authorities?
It'd be pretty easy for someone to get a serious injury when they're busting down a 7 foot tall sliding glass door. And sure, Dex is sort of helping along with natural selection, but I still wouldn't want to be the one to put someone in the hospital over a prank call.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strip_search_prank_call_scam has some interesting reading on the fast food strip search pranks, which is another examples of prank calls taking things a little too far. They caught the guy that had been doing those for 10 years, but he ended up not getting charged with anything because there was no direct evidence linking him to them. Of course, this guy wasn't recording his phone calls and posting them to the net.

Also the
Milgram experiment is really interesting to read. It's "a series of social psychology experiments conducted by Yale University psychologist Stanley Milgram, which measured the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts that conflicted with their personal conscience."
