For those of you that care, I talked to s1acker recently. He's doing well, and wants to hear from you! The only catch is that he doesn't want anyone to have his address. To remedy this, I set up an email acct ( i.miss.s1acker@gmail.com ) so that anyone who wants to mail him can email that acct, and I'll print it off (without reading it, of course) and send it to him snail-mail. If you want to send him an actual package, PM me and we can work it out. I know it's kinda lame, but it's the only solution we could come up with.

He's doing as well as can be expected, I suppose. Watching more TV than he'd like, and reading when he can. Other than that, he's got a lot of free time on his hands. He was sentenced to 5 years, and it's only been a little over 6 months. But he's taking classes and being a "model prisoner" to get as much time taken off as possible.

I believe it boils down to... he got drunk and or high and went and stuck a gun in some guys face.

Not quite. He WAS drunk, and some guy tried to fight with him outside a bar downtown, but the cops were in the middle of it before any punches made contact or anything, and a gun was found on him after he agreed to let them search him.

That would depend on what state and what part of said state he was in. You can get fucked for a lot of things should the police choose to do so.

Regardless, if he's doing as well as to be expected for a guy behind bars, that's good. Maybe if he's lucky that whole model prisoner deal will go well for 'im. I'll fire off an email; not that I really spoke with him any. Just something to read.

There were more than just the one charge. I believe there were 8 total, including resisting arrest and all that good stuff.
