That's a Nigerian 419 scam site. :D I'd love to call Nigeria to prank call the scammers, but that's what 419 Eater is for.

There's a section on there just for prank calls they receive too, though.  They talk about the lame calls they get, exchange prankers phone numbers and curse Howard Stern for popularizing relay pranks.

I actually got an opp to say something offensive to me for the first time. Maby it was because I was repeating what I heard off PLA Radio #3. Maryland relay opperator 1411 Female said "Why dont you go over and play with your mother you little loser, because you have no life" I asked to be called a "Phone loser" instead, but that actually made her more mad, then I said I would report her, claiming I was a deaf 8 year old child that was calling thier brother, but she didnt take any of that jazz either...

You can be traced, but it isn't likely.  A prosecutor isn't going to waste their time filing out a subpoena because you decided to call McDonalds and ask for a McPenis.
