I work at a supermarket, and he comes in every other day and asks about my sister. One day, one of my friends who was bagging was saying my sister was hot and shit, and now he comes in and makes comments about her (ie. tell your sister I say hi). The worst part is that he is around the age of 45, and my sister is 18.

You appear to be quite adamant here from reading this thread.  I wouldn't say it's hypothetical though since you have a "concern" about your sister.  Since you're asking - how about calling him up and communicating with him that you don't appreciate how he's referencing your sister in pointless nonsense.  The reason I call it nonsense is because this type of dialogue is found on the playground at every Elementary school.  I mean, certainly, there has been a moment in your life when you were around your guy friends and discussions of girls in precarious ways were mentioned.  It tends to only hit home when it's someone of the family.
