They blocked most proxies (either that or everybody has used them).  My ip resets about 2 times a month.  You can always reset your modem and get a new ip address.  But if you manage a rather large network it is a pain getting everything back up and running.

Yep, if you know somebody that has dial up go to their house and keep connecting and reconnecting.  You could problaly get a vote a minute.

Thanks a lot for the votes!  PCA sure has changed since I started podcasting.  Used to it was easy to make it into the Top 10 of all podcasts on the entire site.  Now it's pretty much impossible without cheating.  And I would never cheat!
