What's the Company with the worse phone support??

Due to some economical changes in the past decades, the tech supp has been moving around. So I was wondering which it’s the worse one, and I think it would be great if some of you can post some calls' from this amazing language experience.

BellSouth, who else?  'Round here (at da office) they always have 3 dumbasses all dressed up walking around the neighborhood, hitting up anyone that has an account + saying they need to check our account to make sure we're "getting all the discounts."  It takes three of them to check this shit.  They do this every month and every month I tell them to get the fuck out of here.  Once last year some guy claimed to work for BullSouth but he couldn't prove it... I still have a Polaroid of him running out the door!

[rant]Dont know if this counts,but Cingular,You wait on the line for 2 hours just to talk to some mexican or hindu (no racisim intended) who cant speak a word of english,and you can hear their tv in the background and they keep putting you on hold,they also dont know what they are talking about,and if you do get someone who does know what they are talking about and can speak english,whatever you asked them for,they never end up doing it right,not to mention Cingular's cell service sucks ass,unreliable and the bills are way over what they should be.[/rant]

Cingular works most places i go.  Maybe you should pick a quad band phone to pick up all the frequencies.  Where do you live?
