god why dont you just look outside and decide that the weather is cold.


ultimately i want to know what you think this number does for us, are we supposed to socially engineer the 5-day forecast in beijing?

Yeah and every weather website should also shut down.  Because we can just look outside and see that it's cold.  They should fire all the weathermen on TV too.
