They should change the prank rules on phone calls

You should not get arrest if a person calls a limited number of times with a prank that is not a threat ...


You should get arrested if the prank includes killing the caller or something related to that.... or if there is a prank to 911 or related services you should get stopped because your prevent peoples lifes from being saved

other then that it just harmless fun ...

If you can't be traced, there's probably nothing that can happen to you.

I have to disagree on that one. Threating people whether it's a prank call or can get you in trouble if you're caught. As for the 911 calls, the folks here frowns on any prank calls to any type of emergency services. I believe someone (not on these forums) actually got in trouble for prank calling the suicide hot line.
