RBCP played in Dexter?

On Wikipedia's article on Dexter Morgan, there's a list of Dexter's victims. It says that Rankin (the guy who Dexter killed in the bathroom after the guy said that Dexter's dead wife could suck his dick) was played by Brad Carter. That has to be a different Brad Carter, doesn't it?
