Redboxing FAIL

So I went to a payphone so that I could see if redboxing works, and I picked up the phone, already there was a dialing tone, so I tried calling an ANAC, but it was disconnected, so I go to call my cellphone so I can redbox and it connects without coins, I look up at the screen and the power was off, it was already making free calls, Ill try the one in the mall and get back to you tomorrow
