Does anyone know how i can do prank calls without anyone knowing the number.  Also untraceable. I know there are computers programs any ideas?

Nothing is untraceable.  The trick is to not do anything that would make them need to trace you.

http://www.phonelosers.org/rules/ has a few tips on being making anonymous calls.
