Because then I'm still stuck at the computer, now I've just got a phone hooked up to it. I liked when people still got on the actual PLA bridge and I could call in on my cell phone while walking around my neighborhood at 2 in the morning.

Most of my bridge time was last summer on the 7-11 payphones near my house around that time too. Can't you dial somebody's number who's in the conference and they'll patch you in? I've never used Skype but if that's not a standard feature it should be.

Isn't a limit of Skype that only the person hosting the conference can dial out? This, for me, is reason enough to stick with the normal phone confs unless flooding is going on one particular night. Then people can switch to Skype. I would always use the normal phone conf and Skype as a last resort. However, my opinion is only my own and I am sure many will not agree.

Find my post where I laid out the results of my scan on that exchange. There's a bunch of conference numbers in there. You can switch rooms easily.
