This is absolutely silly.  Pranks are great, but you've come here and you're only post(s) have been regarding some dumb bitch.  Take her to small claims court, get an order, and have the court assist with wage garnishment.  The court has the means to periodically verify if she's employed.

arse?? Are you in the US? This is EXACTLY how the court system works. You have to know where someone works for them to garnish wages. They have absolutely no way of looking up her w-4 filing.

Hm, I tried #67 and I was told I couldn't be connected to that number.
Then I tried it with a different number.

And again. Same story.
