To put it bluntly that I was violent and stalking her.

Nothing could back up her case since A: she works at a place with cameras B: I only went there once ordering food and C: There was never a police report made to the effect that I was violent nor stalking her.

Sounds like you were violent with her, she doesn't want to be injured, she leaves apartment and files the restraining order.

I think it sounds like you are stalking her, trying to get a bunch of people to text her to intimidate her. If she's a psycho just let her go on her way, none of your story really makes sense because I would think if your wanting to become a lawyer you'd know that what your doing is harrasment.
