Just added a bunch of new games and put an "Arcade" option in the forum menu.  Your high scores are recorded into your profile.  Most of the games are incredibly lame and I plan to delete the ones that don't get used much.  Eventually I'll get around to installing more.  If there's a game you'd really like to see on here, let me know.  Below is a link to a list of all available games.

I don't know if there's a good Pepper II / Amidar clone... the closest thing I can find on the internet is "Fill it" but that's lame.  Actually I've been meaning to get a Colecovision for some time...

Now that my boss left I can get back to what's really important.

A few games were added tonight.  And I removed a few of the games that didn't work right.  I stole the new games from this site.  They seem to have a lot of games that I don't.  If anyone wants to take a look at that site and suggest some more games for me to take, that'd be great.

SMF Arcade only allows games that are approved by the game designer to be posted.  If anyone knows where to download more games that are compatible with the SMF scoring thingie, let me know!

At Telcogal's request, there are a few new games in the arcade!  I'm just kind of picking them at random from some other site and installing them.  If anyone wants some specific new games from arcade-only.com (or any other SMF Arcade game site you can find), post the URL to the game in this thread and I'll probably add it.

I upgraded to the latest version of SMF Arcade the other day.  It didn't got as smoothly as I would have preferred.  It wiped out all the images for the games and so far the only solution I see is to restore each one of them individually.  That really sucks.  It also doesn't display the Top 3 players anymore.  I think to do that I have to use a plugin.  I'll mess around with it some more later this week.

Switch to E2.0. It looks a lot nicer. Your icons will come back. The current scores/champs won't import but the games will. People can get their scores back.

The E2.x broke the forums.  Something about it not being able to display the games you're a champ of inside your posts.  So I downgraded back to SMF Arcade 1.3.1RC1 and that's where I'm staying until they make a final version of 2.

The trophies are back and it's showing what games you're a champ of in the posts.  But for some reason, in the high score lists it's not displaying names correctly.  I'll try to find a solution to that later today.  Also, the thumbnail images still aren't showing up.  I added a bunch of them manually last night and I guess I'll have to do that to the rest.  Arcade is a pain in the ass.

E1.5.1 works fine for me. It displays the thumbs of games you are a champion of inside the posts. Plus the format in the arcade is nice. I just recommended E2 because it was the newest release. Maybe it is bleeding edge.
If you give me an ftp login and arcade perms I'll install a bunch of games for you. But you should definately fix the arcade first.
