Found out about this site in early 2004 from a dial-up ISP message board when someone representing one of the ISPs posted a link to the tech support pranks.  Listened to each one and laughed my ass of out of my chair.  Later that year, I decided to type the actual homepage into the URL bar - been reading stuff on the site ever since.

I'm an old noob and actually a little afraid to say that I'm a burnt-out former call center lackey that's attending Community College ('cause I don't want to be accused of being z09/suckularKieth), but I'm in Portland, Oregon and not wherever that idiot is.

Love the prank calls and the old operator calls (really like the one about the gas station on 162nd/Stark and 'the MAX is still running,' been by that I don't know how many times) as well as the phone mobs - maybe one day there'll be another and I'll be able to place a bid on the oil change from Cactus Hardware or wherever.
