Payphones at Quiktrip gas stations/convenience stores. They Ring at least once, usually about 3 or 4 times but they seem to ring only once at from about 11:30 PM-6 AM.

The numbers from GGM came from http://www.payphone-directory.org/payal.html. I am not sure how up to date many of the numbers are from that site.
