Hello all, I am kingmob and I assume like most of you, have made phreaking and general cultural/social disruptions since I can remember. Once I realized how dumb most people are, it became a crusade to fuck with them whenever possible.
Damn, I wish I had known about the PLA a decade ago. I just recently found out about the PLA though I have heard tons of the calls here and there over the years so it was a pleasant surprise to find out a lot of the gems came from the PLA.
I didn't even know phone mobbing was an actual ritual other people than I and my comrades participated in. We didn't have a keyword like cactus to brandish about but I wish we did now that I have heard your phone mob calls. Our most successful one was on brand new talk show on WFMU called Shut Up, Weirdo and our calls to the first few shows totally set the tone for the show. I think the hosts wanted a decent, somewhat serious show and all they now get are freaks calling in. I would love to phone mob Coast to Coast AM some night.
I am learning a lot from you all through the site and podcasts so keep up the excellent work, please!
